Washing tower

　　An overview of

　　Washing tower is the use of gas and liquid contact, and the pollutants in the gas will be transferred to the liquid, and then clean gas and contaminated liquid separation, to achieve the purpose of clean air.

　　The waste gas is treated by gas-liquid reverse absorption through the filled scrubber column, that is, the liquid is sprayed down from the top of the column with mist (or small droplets). The waste gas is reached by the tower (reverse flow) to the purpose of gas-liquid contact. This treatment method can cool the waste gas, regulate the gas and remove the particles, and then after the treatment in the defogging section, it is discharged into the atmosphere.

　　Ii. Scope of Application

　　Spray painting, coating plants and plants producing benzene, lipids, ketones and other organic solvent waste gas, furniture plants, sewage plants, printing plants, hydrogen nitrous oxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, sulfuric acid fog, chlorine oxide and other inorganic waste gas plants and plants. It is suitable for the purification of industrial waste gas with large air volume, such as spraying waste gas, organic waste gas, furniture factory waste gas, odorous gas, chemical plant waste gas, sewage plant waste gas, printing plant waste gas, inorganic waste gas and so on.

　　Principle of three treatments

　　The exhaust gas collected by the air unit of the scrubber tower system will be sucked into the scrubber tower and pass through the filling layer (the medium of gas/liquid contact reaction), so that the exhaust gas can fully contact with the liquid medicine (washing liquid) flowing on the surface of the filler to absorb the acid or alkaline dirt contained in the exhaust gas. After washing, the waste liquid is collected in the sink and then discharged to the waste water system for treatment.
