　　The composition and working principle of the equipment

　　The whole equipment is composed of a frame, special ladle, ladle tilting mechanism, ladle cap rotating mechanism, ladle trolley, longitudinal shift cart, hydraulic station, electric control system, operation room and so on.

　　The tilting mechanism of the ladle takes the nozzle as the rotation center, so that the iron flow is always aligned with the pouring mouth of the sand box, and there is no need to adjust the position and height of the ladle laterally.

　　The cap-rotating mechanism and the ladle tilting mechanism follow up, which simplifies the control mechanism and ensures the ladle is always sealed, minimizing the heat dissipation of molten iron.

　　After the molten iron is poured, the cover can be opened by the cover rotating mechanism, and then the empty ladle can be lifted out of the pouring machine by the ladle cart, or the molten iron can be directly added into the ladle. The limited position device on the base of the trolley ensures that the ladle can be placed accurately on the base of the trolley during hoisting.

　　The pouring ladle itself also has a tilting mechanism, in the pouring machine fault or need to return to the furnace, the pouring ladle can be out of the pouring machine through its own tilting mechanism for pouring molten iron.

　　The operation room of pouring machine is inside the pouring machine, the operation room is equipped with air conditioning, the operator's line of sight is very good, the operation difficulty is low, can observe the pouring situation very well, and greatly improved the working environment of pouring man, reduced the skill requirement of pouring man.

　　Iv. Operation instructions

　　Operators should be trained and read the instructions carefully before operating the machine, and be familiar with the control panel.

　　Before pouring, the operator should first check whether there is enough hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank, then enter the operation room to turn on the power, press the start button of the oil pump, and manually operate each action of the pouring machine. The casting can be prepared after the commissioning is completed.

　　The cover is lifted up by the rocker switch, the ladle is placed on the base by the ladle cart to exit the pouring machine, the ladle filled with molten iron is placed on the base smoothly, the ladle is stable and its position is not shifted, and then the rocker switch of the ladle cart is pulled to feed the ladle into the pouring machine. When the ladle is in place, cover the ladle and align the pouring buffer nozzle with the pouring mouth of the sand box.

　　The tilting of the ladle is controlled by the hydraulic steering machine. The operator can control the tilting speed and the tilting Angle of the ladle according to the needs. When it is necessary to move the pouring, the rocker switch pouring machine can move along the pouring line to the next box to be poured sand box.

　　After the first package of molten iron is poured, pull the rocker switch to open the cover, and then send the cart to withdraw. At this time, you can directly add molten iron to the ladle or fill the ladle with molten iron after the ladle has gone and then lift it back to the ladle.
