　　The equipment is designed by our factory for the heat treatment of low chromium ball, high chromium ball, and other parts matching annealing and heat preparation, its advantages are fast heating, good heat preservation, uniform temperature and so on.

　　Ii. Introduction to the organization

　　The electric furnace is generally buried deep underground, saving space and small equipment investment.

　　The shell of electric furnace is welded with steel plate, which is made of fire-resistant fiber for heat preservation. The electric heating element is a ni-Cr alloy element, arranged in a strip or spiral shape around the furnace wall. The cover of the well furnace is equipped with a forced ventilation device, which can be lifted and moved sideways driven by a motor, and an electrical interlock device is installed. Heating element material is 0Cr25A15 or 0Cr27AI7Mo2.
