　　On May 20, 2011, anhui Province Economy and Information Technology Commission convened relevant experts in Hefei to appraise the new products of GKW series high-efficiency and energy-saving automatic heat treatment production line developed by Ningguo Zhicheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., LTD. After reviewing, checking and verifying related materials, the appraisal committee agreed that the product was innovative and novel, reaching the leading level in China.

　　This study aims at the present situation of high energy consumption, low labor efficiency and high labor intensity in heat treatment of wear-resisting material industry. In order to improve labor efficiency, reduce energy consumption and labor intensity and improve the quality of heat treatment of workpiece, a large number of experimental studies have been conducted and four types of heat treatment production lines have been successfully trial-produced.
